Downsize: Determine what stays and what goes.
Distribute: Determine what to donate/consign/recycle.
Design: Space plan your new home using a floor plan utilizing your favorite treasures or selecting new ones.

Before and After Move Day

Hire movers and set move date
Organize and pack boxes – everything from fragiles to toothbrushes
Manage clean out of home (estate sale, housekeeping)
Unpack at new home
 Arrange funishings
Finishing touches such as hanging pictures, fluffing pillows
Coordinate vendor changes (post office, cable, newspaper, etc)
