The movers were kind and friendly and the unpacking at his new apartment was so helpful. A few months later, Dad moved again, and Done and Done was there to help, like old friends! And finally, when it came time to sell my parents’ home and distribute its contents to children and grandchildren all over the country, Done and Done helped my family by organizing, cataloging, packing and distributing my parents’ belongings. They worked with integrity and respect for my parents’ possessions and the wishes of our family.

"In fall of 2014, my family contacted Done & Done, upon the recommendation of Lenbrook, a senior care facility in Atlanta, GA. My family and I were in the process of making the decision to move my elderly mother, who had recently suffered a stroke, from a 2-bedroom condo in downtown Decatur, into one of Lenbrook's independent living one-bedroom apartments.

Both Amanda Thrasher and Beth Edwards, principles of the company, were quick to respond to inquiries, and gladly came to see mom's condo. They were able to quickly assess, and then explain to us, what the move might entail. My mom didn't really understand who they were, but even she enjoyed their visit. They were reassuring throughout the process, as this was a very emotional time for us all.

They and their associates handled the move without a glitch. Mom's furniture & personal belongings were moved, and set up in her new place within a day. They even cozied up her new apartment with thoughtful touches here and there. They made promises that they would manage everything for us, and they delivered.

I hired their services a 2nd time, when after a few short months, I decided to move mom back to her condo so that she could live closer to me. Again, the move was handled from start to finish, with confidence and efficiency. I knew that I could contact them with any questions about anything, and one of them would respond promptly. While I feared that they might find all of this moving back and forth foolish, they never let on that they thought any such thing.
